Framing

Framing is the foundation of every deck, it provides stability, strength, and longevity of the deck, ensuring durability over time. We offer two excellent framing solutions: pressure-treated wood and steel, both are designed and built to deliver a solid foundation.

Pressure Treated:

Pressure-treated wood is chemically treated to protect against moisture, insects, and decay. As a result, a pressure-treated wood frame can last between twenty to thirty years before requiring repairs or replacement. This type of framing offers a natural, rustic aesthetic and is versatile enough to complement a variety of deck surfaces. This is a budget friendly option for most homeowners.

Steel:

Steel framing is exceptionally strong and resistant to warping, twisting, and sagging making it an ideal choice for larger decks. Its high resistance to rust and corrosion allows it to last fifty plus years with the proper maintenance. Steel often provides a sleeker more modern appearance and can be paired with a wide range of deck surfaces.

Although steel framing comes with a higher initial cost. the durability and longevity of these frames make them a worthwhile investment.
