WESTERN ELEMENTS PROCESS
CONSULTATION
The first step for any home improvement project is, scheduling a consultation with Western Elements. During this meeting we will discuss your vision, budget, and any photographs or measurements that you gathered. From there we will outline the next steps.
ESTIMATE
Once our team has a clear understanding and outline of your project, we will provide an initial square footage estimate. We can then revisit your budget and determine how to proceed, making any necessary adjustments. During this meeting, you will also sign a planning and design agreement, confirming that you are authorizing our team to design your space and are prepared to proceed with payment for our services.
PLANNING & DESIGN
After you have approved Western Element's services, our team will craft a 3D rendering of your project, giving you a clear visual and idea of the final results. Along with the rendering, a detailed estimate will be provided. We will then review the project one more time ('Project audit'), and a project proposal will be presented for your approval, where you can either accept or request changes.
PROJECT PREP
Now it's time to finalize your choices and make selections on materials and any add-ons. We will also provide entry to our online portal where you can access all project documentation, including photos, agreements, and updates. During this step, our team will also handle obtaining the necessary permits.
BUILD YOUR DREAM
It's time to hand off to our builders! Now that the project has been finalized, our expert builders will start by preparing the job site- removing any existing structures, windows, etc., or getting ready for a fresh build or install. Using their expertise, our builders will bring your vision to life with both craftsmanship & precision, ensuring all construction codes are met accordingly. After the build or install is complete, an inspection will be scheduled. Once the inspection is passed, our team will conduct a final walk-through to ensure everything meets our high-quality standards and capture a few photos of the finished results.
